Inductive Heating Devices HEATER

Inductive heating devices HEATER are used for fast and gentle heating of complete rolling bearings, inner rings of rolling bearings and other rotary machine elements which have to be fixed onto a shaft and thermally expanded before assembly.

Inductive heating based on the ferromagnetic properties of the component to be heated is mainly suitable for medium-sized and large rolling bearings and is superior to conventional heating methods (heating furnace, heating plate, oil bath), especially in series assembly.

Induction heaters HEATER are available in various sizes as table- and standalone devices for a maximum mass of the rolling bearings/components which has to be heated up to 1,600 kg.
